We do our best to deliver products on time. Cubix Outdoors uses 3rd party carriers and cannot guarantee on their behalf the exact timing of the deliveries. We provide tracking numbers issued by the 3rd party carriers so you can track.

We warranty our products from manufacturing defects for the life of the product.  Normal wear and tear, lost parts and abuse are not covered.  Contact support@cubixoutdoors.com if you have a warranty claim.
